At Head 2 Toe, we want to be the best at what we do and provide our families and clients with the most relevant and reliable care. This means we are continuously ensuring our clinicians are up to date and participate in regular training and professional development.

We are dedicated to creating a comfortable and happy atmosphere for both our clients and staff. Our range of sensory spaces allow therapy to be fun and help kids enjoy their time in the clinic. Our range of equipment and resources provide staff and clients with variety and a range of options for therapy.

Our team are highly experienced, with Seniors in each department providing support to junior staff. Our collaborative case conferences with all departments ensure a holistic approach to our clients needs are used. And our admin staff help manage invoicing, scheduling, and some reporting tasks, allowing our clinicians to focus on therapy and their clients needs.

Training and Professional Development

We believe in growing and developing our clinicians professionally and clinically. That’s why we offer support with weekly 1:1 support with our Senior Therapists, Monthly in-house Professional Development run by either a SP, OT, Physio or Psych as well as In-house Professional Development for each department, and a $1000 Yearly Professional Development allowance.

Assistance

We want our clinicians to focus on our client’s needs and goals so no need to worry about taking payments, sorting out NDIS funds or cancellation fees because we have daily support from our receptionists and admin team. We also have Therapy Assistants to help clinicians with daily tasks.

Sign on and Referrals Bonuses

We offer a $1000 sign bonus as well as a $300 referral bonus for recommending other clinicians to join Head 2 Toe.

Resources

We believe in evidence based therapy so we provide endless amounts of resources to use, including computers, iPads, various assessments, toys, worksheets, scaffolds, a wet room, a sensory room and 2 sensory gyms.
