Summary:

The Analytics Manager will lead a team of analysts to develop, implement, and maintain data projects, utilizing advanced analytical and statistical techniques to improve decision-making processes. This role requires expertise in data modeling, predictive modeling, and machine learning algorithms, as well as proficiency in data visualization tools.

Responsibilities:

Lead a team of data analysts in planning, designing, and implementing data projects that support the organization's strategic objectives.
Analyze complex data sets and develop insights that inform decision making across the organization.
Design and implement data models to support business requirements, including predictive models and machine learning algorithms.
Develop and maintain processes for cleaning, maintaining, and enhancing data integrity across all data sources.
Collaborate with other departments to identify data needs, and develop processes to deliver data insights to support business decisions.
Manage data analytics resources, setting metrics for efficiency, effectiveness and overall performance of the team.
Stay up to date on emerging trends in analytics technologies and methodologies, and ensure that the team has the necessary training to operate at high levels.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a similar field.
5+ years of experience in data analytics or a related field.
Demonstrated experience with data modeling, predictive modeling, and machine learning algorithms.
Experience with SQL, Python or programming languages and tools to analyze large data sets.
Proficiency in data visualization tools, such as Tableau or PowerBI.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and project management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated experience of creating data models and engaging actionable insights.
