Summary:

The Construction <maintenances Manager is responsible for planning, supervising, and coordinating construction projects from start to completion. They develop project plans and budgets, manage project progress, coordinate procurement of materials and equipment, ensure compliance with building codes and permits, and build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and contractors.

Qualifications:
