We are a paid veteran advocacy company dedicated to supporting veterans through the process of submitting and managing their claims. Our mission is to support those who served by making the claims process easier and less stressful. We're currently looking for a full-time consult caller to join us from home to assist with consult calls, lodge claims, and provide essential administrative support.

About the Role:

As a Veteran Consult Caller – Claims & Support, you will be the first point of contact for veterans seeking support with their claims. Your role will involve conducting consult calls, gathering key information, lodging claims through the Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA) portal, and guiding clients through the next steps of the process. You’ll also support the broader team with general administration to ensure smooth service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct scheduled consult calls with veterans to gather their background and medical information
Clearly explain the DVA claims process and how our service works
Lodge claims through the Department of Veterans’ Affairs online portal on their behalf
Act as an advocate, ensuring each veteran’s circumstances are understood and properly represented
Keep client records up-to-date using internal systems and CRM
Perform general admin tasks such as data entry, document prep, and file management

What We’re Looking For:

Strong communication skills with a warm, empathetic, and professional manner
Passionate about supporting and advocating for veterans
Reliable, organised and self-motivated when working from home
Comfortable using computers and online systems
Experience in customer service, admin, call centres, or veteran support is great (but not required)
Willing to learn – full training provided
Understanding of DVA processes or veteran support services is a plus – but training will be provided
Able to handle confidential and sensitive information with care and discretion
