Who should apply?

If you have experience in administration or legal support and are looking to take the next step in your career, we would love to hear from you.

• You have at least 1 years’ experience in an administrative or legal support role

• You are proactive, service-focused, and take initiative to solve problems and deliver outcomes

• You value being part of a team, are flexible, and enjoy supporting others

• You have strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills

• You are comfortable with Microsoft Office

• You are willing to assist with reception, mail/courier management, meeting room setups, and general office coordination

What does a typical day involve?

On any day you will:

• Provide administrative and legal secretarial support to a group of Solicitors and the Chief of Staff

• Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and document preparation

• Support the broader admin team with overflow tasks, including reception coverage and office coordination

• Maintain accurate records, assist with billing, and support archiving processes

• Contribute to a positive team culture and embrace the “Results Way” in your daily work
