The Barbagallo Motoring Group is currently seeking a motivated and committed Payroll/HR Administrator to join our fantastic team. Working across all sectors of the business you will be responsible for four key activities covering Payroll, HR administration and Inductions, WHS monitoring as well as the coordination and management of DataStation our internal HR/WHS reporting database.

The successful applicant will be a key member of our head office team within a proactive, friendly environment.

The applicant must have:

  • Payroll experience
  • HR Administration and/or WHS experience
  • Co-ordination of onboarding and induction programs
  • Exposure to the Fair Work Act and Award system.
  • Exceptional database skills to capture record and document staff and safety data
  • Great communication skills,
  • Strong initiative and problem-solving
  • Liaising with external providers (for WHS training and audits) would be highly advantageous.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • End to end management of our fortnightly payroll processing
  • Control of our HR compliance requirements (employment contracts, onboarding, and induction programs)
  • Co-ordinating the maintenance, updates, and reporting of WHS issues using our in-house database
  • Liaison with our external WHS auditors
  • Support to the Management group and Directors
