About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to join our team!
Working in our Bayswater Depot, you will be managing all aspects of mobile cleaning service delivery within the Northern suburbs. In this role, you’ll ensure seamless service provision by meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) for timely, high-quality service delivery. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate who values environmental impact, excels in customer service, and has experience in coordinating and supporting a dynamic field service team.
Key Responsibilities:

Efficient Rostering: Create and manage staff schedules, ensuring work requirements meet contract SLAs and operational standards.

Customer Service & Safety Leadership: Foster a high standard of customer service and maintain a culture of safety and care.

System Management: Oversee CRM system administration, track staff and business KPIs, and ensure accurate data management.

Fleet Maintenance: Coordinate van service schedules and maintain the cleanliness, safety, and presentation of our fleet.

Work Orders & Scheduling: Manage and prioritise work orders, including regular, on-call, and urgent requests, ensuring all tasks meet contractual SLAs.

Customer Engagement: Act as the primary contact for clients, supporting new account setups, billing, reporting, and ongoing communication.

Procurement & Supplies: Order and manage cleaning products and supplies to maintain service standards.

Business Growth Support: Assist in business development by building relationships, pursuing leads, and implementing marketing strategies to expand the business unit.

New Site Setup: Oversee the setup, delivery, and compliance of services at new customer locations.
Qualifications/Skills:

Customer Service Expertise: Demonstrated experience in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining positive client relationships.

Scheduling & Rostering: Experience with rostering and coordinating field service teams to ensure timely service delivery.

Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to address challenges swiftly and maintain operational flow.

Effective Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for clear team guidance and client interactions.

Stakeholder Engagement: Ability to develop and sustain positive relationships with stakeholders and community groups.

Reporting Proficiency: Ability to analyse, manage, and generate reports within specified timeframes.

Environmental Passion: A commitment to making a positive environmental impact through conscientious waste and service management.

Additional Requirements: Availability for weekend work as needed.
