We’re looking for a motivated Assistant Branch Manager to join our Townsville branch and help us deliver top-tier service and smooth operations. 🌟

What You’ll Be Doing:

– Leading the day-to-day operations to ensure everything runs smoothly and customers get the best experience.

– Supporting and mentoring a talented team, fostering a positive, fun, and collaborative work environment.

– Helping the Branch Manager drive performance, hitting key goals around customer satisfaction, operational targets, and profitability.

– Handling customer escalations and resolving issues quickly, with a solutions-focused approach.

– Working to make sure we stay on top of company policies and regulations.

– Contributing to innovative strategies that drive the branch’s growth.

– Managing inventory, budgets, and resources effectively.
