Employment Hero is your legal employer meaning your pay, tax and entitlements all run through us. The venue you’re working at manages your day-to-day, like a standard labour hire or temp agency setup.

You’re paid all entitlements according to the award for the role, hours and time of day you work. We’ll confirm your exact rate once we’ve got a specific shift for you.

Instead of applying to venues one by one, you do it once and we take it from there, matching your profile to multiple venues at the same time. And there’s no catch: applying doesn’t lock you into anything.

There’s no lock-in contracts or obligations on your end. If a shift or venue isn’t the right fit, we just look for the next match.

to get started, we just need your availability, certifications and location.

It varies. Some shifts might come through a few days in advance, while others could be for tomorrow or next week. If you prefer more notice, just let us know and we’ll only put you forward for shifts that work for you.

Currently, we’re matching hospitality shifts across the Sydney CBD, Inner West, Eastern Suburbs, Parramatta and Chatswood.
