Pourquoi le rapport de l\u2019analyse de la RGAP de Humi par Employment Hero signale-t-il un d\u00e9ficit?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-paragraph-2-m-font-size\">Un \u00e9cart signal\u00e9 dans le rapport ne signifie pas n\u00e9cessairement que vous avez commis une erreur. Le rapport de la RGAP de Humi par Employment Hero souligne les \u00e9l\u00e9ments que l\u2019ARC <em>pourrait <\/em>signaler. Il s\u2019agit d\u2019une mise en garde, et non d\u2019un verdict.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-paragraph-2-m-font-size\">Si l\u2019ARC vous interroge sur ces \u00e9carts, vous devrez fournir une explication. Ces cas ne n\u00e9cessitent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement pas de plus amples explications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-paragraph-2-m-font-size\">Le rapport de la RGAP de Humi par Employment Hero vous fournit les outils n\u00e9cessaires pour rep\u00e9rer et examiner les \u00e9carts ainsi que pour d\u00e9terminer leur cause et les mesures appropri\u00e9es \u00e0 prendre. Les anciens employ\u00e9s ne peuvent plus se connecter \u00e0 leur profil Humi par Employment Hero pour modifier leur adresse courriel. Il est donc recommand\u00e9 de v\u00e9rifier qu\u2019une adresse courriel personnelle figure dans leur compte Humi par Employment Hero et de la mettre \u00e0 jour si n\u00e9cessaire. Que dois-je tenir en compte si j\u2019ai commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 utiliser Humi par Employment Hero en cours d\u2019ann\u00e9e civile?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-paragraph-2-m-font-size\">Nous vous recommandons de v\u00e9rifier aupr\u00e8s de votre ancien fournisseur de services de paie qu\u2019il ne produira pas les feuillets T4, car cela entra\u00eenera une sur\u00e9valuation de vos gains r\u00e9els et n\u00e9cessitera un rapprochement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-paragraph-2-m-font-size\">Passez en revue les registres cumulatifs de l\u2019entreprise pour vous assurer qu\u2019ils comprennent toutes les donn\u00e9es de paie des p\u00e9riodes de 2025 qui pr\u00e9c\u00e8dent votre transition vers Humi par Employment Hero. Mon ancien fournisseur de services de paie a produit les feuillets T4 de 2025 pour la premi\u00e8re partie de l\u2019ann\u00e9e. Que dois-je faire?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-paragraph-2-m-font-size\">Demandez \u00e0 votre ancien fournisseur de services de paie de retirer la d\u00e9claration&nbsp; afin d\u2019\u00e9viter une double d\u00e9claration des revenus de vos employ\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Un employ\u00e9 a signal\u00e9 une erreur dans son feuillet T4. Comment puis-je modifier un feuillet T4 d\u00e9j\u00e0 produit?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-paragraph-2-m-font-size\">Nous sommes tous humains. Des erreurs peuvent se produire. Si vous avez d\u00e9j\u00e0 transmis votre formulaire T619 \u00e0 l\u2019ARC et qu\u2019un employ\u00e9 vous signale une erreur dans son revenu ou dans son adresse, vous devez corriger cette erreur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-paragraph-2-m-font-size\">L\u2019ARC exige un feuillet T4 modifi\u00e9 et un nouveau formulaire T619. Pourquoi ne parviens-je pas \u00e0 utiliser l\u2019outil de rajustement de fin d\u2019ann\u00e9e?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-paragraph-2-m-font-size\">Si l\u2019outil est verrouill\u00e9, c\u2019est pour votre propre s\u00e9curit\u00e9. Une fois le dossier T4 produit ou finalis\u00e9, nous restreignons l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l\u2019outil de rajustement de fin d\u2019ann\u00e9e afin d\u2019\u00e9viter toute modification accidentelle des donn\u00e9es d\u00e9j\u00e0 d\u00e9finitives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-paragraph-2-m-font-size\">Vous devez y acc\u00e9der \u00e0 nouveau? Comment puis-je obtenir une copie de mon T4 Sommaire?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-paragraph-2-m-font-size\">Soyez rassur\u00e9, il n\u2019est pas cach\u00e9. Vous pouvez trouver le T4 Sommaire \u00e0 deux endroits :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-paragraph-2-m-font-size\">Dans le <strong>module T4<\/strong>, juste en dessous des feuillets T4 individuels de vos employ\u00e9s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-paragraph-2-m-font-size\">Il est inclus automatiquement lorsque vous t\u00e9l\u00e9chargez le dossier fiscal complet.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Dois-je envoyer \u00e0 mes employ\u00e9s un nouveau formulaire TD1 \u00e0 remplir?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-paragraph-2-m-font-size\">Les employeurs doivent demander aux nouveaux employ\u00e9s de remplir les formulaires TD1 f\u00e9d\u00e9raux et provinciaux au moment de leur embauche.
