Create your Hero Foundation account by signing up below. If you already have an Employment Hero account, you still need to complete this process to become part of the Hero Foundation.
Fill out your job profile
When a Hero Foundation candidate applies for one of your open roles, their Fill out your Employment Hero Jobs profile: upload your CV and provide as much information as you can, and we’ll do the rest.is clearly flagged. Our team follows up to tell you more about the person — so you never miss a strong candidate.
Start applying for jobs
Head to the Find Work section of your profile and start applying. Our AI will show you the roles you’re best matched for and how you stack up against the job criteria. And every time you hit apply, the Hero Foundation follows up and spotlights you to the employer — boosting your visibility.
