Hello Heroes! It’s that time again… the time when we let you know about all the good stuff that’s been happening at Employment Hero in March.
We’ve changed how we educate and keep you up to date on what’s happening with Employment Hero. Meet HaRi! HaRi (pronounced Harry) is our interactive guide to Employment Hero. You should have seen her already inside the platform but if you haven’t, you can be introduced below:
HeroThanks and Announcements
HeroThanks and Announcements is live. In a major step to help your people feel recognised and rewarded at work, we’ve launched a feed inside Employment Hero where anyone in the business can thank anyone else for helping them out. You can read more about HeroThanks in our full feature release here.
Upgrade to leave approval requests
We’ve made it easier to view leave request approvals details. You can now see who approved a leave request and when.
Enhancements to timesheet reporting
We’ve made a few changes to timesheet reporting. There’s a new look and feel. We added more filters including employees (even terminated ones), work type and cost centres. You can also now sort the columns. Woo hoo! This should save you time and let you manipulate the data in a way that makes sense for your business.
If you need to delete or edit timesheets, you’ll now need to use the management page to do that. You won’t be able to it from the timesheet report anymore.
Group Templates (for our Hero Network)
For those who are part of the Hero Network or using the Business Portal, you can now create groups of templates and share them to particular organisations. This will save you time by allowing you to update a template in one place rather than in each particular organisation.
Thanks for supporting us and helping us build a better world at work.
