How does the JobKeeper Guided Implementation work?
We have designed a series of workshops and activities to help employers. The goal is to help you get the most value out of Employment Hero’s JobKeeper and COVID-19 related features. The guided implementation journey consists of live group workshops intended to set you up for a successful launch in 14 days. It’s the easiest way to implement Employment Hero and will have you up and running in no time.
What can you expect during the implementation process?
The guided implementation process will be broken up into two sessions.
The first workshop (Setting Up Employment Hero and JobKeeper Forms) in the series is designed to get you JobKeeper-ready.
The second workshop (Reporting Lines and Employee Engagement) in the series focuses on employee feedback to ensure that you’re able to pulse-check your employees.
How long are the sessions and how frequently will the workshops run?
The workshops may run up to 90 minutes and consist of guided tutorials and breakout sessions. Your instructor will show you how to use Employment Hero. You will need to refer to the pre-work you completed before the workshop to set up your organisation and successfully implement Employment Hero. We will hold workshops 3 times per week.
